| I have not linux and I know nothing about it.
However with fast googling I found something for this 
1) Mono project may allow you to run the bot correctly. See this link
2) with Wine application you will be able to open .exe files on linux.
As I said I have no linux so I cannot test this. These 2 solutions are just what I found with google to help you.
