I am not sure if I understand your post.. 
Do you mean that you would like to use "Circo Turma" instead of "Circo Provinciarum"?
This way you can get stuck in the arena by losing a round after a round to the same enemy. In the Provinciarum arena the enemy changes after every match so there is no that kind of problem.
