The bot is available on every normal server. You can find Germany from the list

Is this the speed server? I checked a speed server a really long time ago and there were many differences with normal servers. That's why bot couldnt work there. I don't know if those have changed - I will test later
And this is just a quess but you can log in province 201 by typing 19 to province ('cause it is 19th in province list) but, again, I think all the functions won't work (if any..).
