The event caused a problem to load country and I made a fast edit to fix it. I had no time to test it well enough and I see the result now

So you travelled to Italy and then back to the other country? Did this error appear after the second travel?
I am asking do you get this error all the time or just sometimes? Or with only one country(germany/africa?)?
I will leave tomorrow for one week trip so I dont have time to fix this now, Im sorry but if this bug appears you all the time = cannot use the bot at all, I hope this could help you:
This is the download link for earlier version of the bot. There was no problems with loading country while events are not active. Or at least no one told me them 
So if there isnt active special event you can use this 3.0 version. Just click "cancel" when update window appears.
