| Im really sorry zaferatas6, I promised you to look for this problem but I just wasnt able before today.
I made test account for germany's speed server and noticed this bug too. I will start fixing today it and publish an update as soon as possible.

| i ahve the same problem i have to travel to africa to get the NPC´s from Germania then i can travel back and its working. but if youre under level 20 its not possible :/

| yeah I bet its in every single server at the moment :/ because the special event going on.
The earlier special event was made in different way and that's why bot doenst recognize it -> says wrong country. I will publish a fix today afternoon.

| Now there is update available and I really hope there isnt anymore problems with this. At least I wasnt able to reproduce this bug anymore but if you are then send me message again 
and if there is ever this same problem again then fast fix is to open "functions" from menu and "change country". You can select current country manually and after it you will see correct npcs and dungeons. This is because if there will be again differently made special event / anything which will confuse bot
