| Hi degstars and welcome to this forum,
I was writing a long post about this before I really tested it out myself and I think I found what was causing this.. 
Either you have no internet connection or your firewall/virus detection/something is blocking the connection.
Because of my mistake, which I will fix in the next release, bot will first check updates and then opens the window and this causes the problem you have. So if there is no internet connection bot will "stuck" there -> won't open the login page.
So I suggest you to check the above but if there is still problem then follow this:
1) Open taskmanager (ctrl alt del) and see if there is "Gladiatus Bot" process running. Close it and then try to open gladiatus bot again.
After this, if bot won't start, do you see "Gladiatus Bot" process in the task manager's process list?
2) I suggest to reinstall bot. Delete the earlier one and reinstall it.
