Hmm it seem that there is differences between different servers with that too. For me it has continued everything even if there has been pop-up window (which has sometimes closed automatically later..). Well, this should be easy to fix

So do you mean bot doenst click "normal" (or advanced) button on web page? And because of that, bot cannot enter to the dungeon which freezes everything (cause bot still tries to continue dungeon..). If so, then you have a mistake in your language settings. Open settings and "language" tab page. There is text field which solves this problem (normal <-> the text which is used on your server in the "normal" button.)
